Stage 4: Sustain

This step involves sending a cadre of district or school-site mentors to a Great Expectations with LoTi Mentor Certification Institute in your area. The Great Expectations with LoTi Mentor Certification Institute provides tools for school representatives focus their attention on sustaining changes in the instructional computing practices of staff via peer coaching and mentoring opportunities, classroom walkthroughs, and peer observations. The LoTi Observation Form can be utilized by classroom teachers, mentors, peer coaches, and administrators to observe such changes and make recommendations so as to aid the teachers in their implementation of technology. The LoTi Observation Form can also be used to conduct a formal assessment of the current LoTi Level on each campus based on classroom observations, interviews, and samples of student work.
